After I downloaded the zip folder, what do I do next?? :o I really like the design, but I'm not really the best person at technology.

right click and extract it with 7zip or winrar and then on your device make sure you have openssh installed in cydia and then download a ssh client like winscp or ifunbox then drag the theme in var\stash\theme.xxxxx and activate in winterboard :)
